Primary content on Moreystudio.com is created and provided by Craig Morey and Craig Morey Photography. No photo or video content on the site is supplied by persons or companies outside of MoreyStudio LLC and Craig Morey Photography. Guest Galleries require approval by and are uploaded by Craig Morey or MoreyStudio LLC employees, and must meet the same standards as our Primary content, and must comply with all policies expressed on this page.

18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

All models or other persons appearing in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained in this Website at http://www.moreystudio.com, and associated domains, were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.

Records required by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 are on file (see below)

Any other depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. 75, because they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv), and/or they do not portray conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2257A, and/or they do not portray conduct listed in 18 U.S.C. section 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after July 27, 2006, or and/or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995. However, all models appearing in said exempt depictions were also over the age of 18 when photographed.

All records required by US federal law are in the possession of the site owner, Craig Morey, at 1091 Calcot Place, Oakland CA, USA, 94606, during normal business hours.

Site Users Age Restrictions

No access to this website is allowed for persons below the age of 18. All users must submit payment via established credit card processors. No users may access the website from geographic locations that have implemented age-restriction laws in their local jurisdictions, and we block internet traffic from all such known locations.

ID and Verification

All models must provide valid and current government issued documents proving an age over 18 years old. We retain copies of all such documents. All models must read, understand, and consent in advance to the model release terms, and must sign the release (in person), which describes prospective use of the imagery, prior to the beginning of each shoot.

Models are all either associated with established legitimate agencies known to us, or are independent contractors. All models are made aware of the nature of the photo sessions prior to signing the release and prior to shooting.

Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement / CSAM

Craig Morey, Craig Morey Photography, and MoreyStudio LLC maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any type of human trafficking, sex trafficking or prostitution, and do not in any way support or condone exploitation of models or employees. We comply with all local and international regulations regarding such trafficking and exploitation.

Models are not required to engage in any type of physical sexual contact with other models or staff. Models may refuse any poses or instructions with which they are not comfortable, at any point prior to or during a session. Model fees are paid directly to the models, or their legitimate established agencies.

All models appearing on this website have been assessed via government documentation and personal contact to be of legal age, and to be seeking work of their own free will. No persons who fail to meet those requirements will be accepted for model assignments, and any suspicion of human trafficking will be reported to law enforcement.

No submissions of any photo or video content from outside sources will be accepted or uploaded to the site. Any material submitted to us that appears to violate legal age restrictions, laws against CSAM, or non-consensual activities, or any types of illegal activities, will be reported to law enforcement in our local jurisdiction.
