I've always favored shooting in the studio, with big strobes and a very controlled lighting set-up, but these days I'm trying a bit more natural light shooting. Today's gallery comes from a recent session I did to test the new Nikon D600, which has a huge sensor and therefore is great with indoor natural light. I asked Sophia to come over and we played around with various situations and camera settings, and this series of b&w shots near a sunlit window came out quite nicely I think. We also have a couple short video clips from this day, coming up in the near future.
